Are you enjoying your presidents weekend? I love long weekends like this coz it gives me extra day just do errands and house chores!

Anyway! Do you remember back in 2009 i used to do fashion post at chictopia website? heres the link http://www.chictopia.com/maryiangge i used to dress up like everyday and take pics of my outfit! but having kids changes life hehe now i barely have time to sit and blog like this. hehe

Thats why i love blogging during sunday mornings! sunday morning blog share are the best. everything is so quiet and i can type away.

Today i want to share what i wore last valentines day weekend! nothing fancy! if you know me i live in tshirt and jeans. tshirt and shorts. tshirt and vans. thats how i dress up these days! or tshirt and yoga pants! haha mom goals!

In this outfit of the day post i wore the billy! shirt that Candice Pool Neistat design. (wife of Casey Neistat)

I love how simple yet classy looking this shirt is. i also ordered in in white! you'll see one of these days how i wore it on our vlogs!

Also my love for bright bags! i use to like black brown bags and now im expanding my collection and adding bright purses as statement to my collection. when i was researching Gucci Marmot Matelasse, i wanted the black version. My hubby told me if im getting something special it should bright. then i realize since i wore i lot of black and white classic tees, bright bags are the best statement.

Are you ready for valentines day? Do you celebrate it? or you just chill as treat it as a regular day?

My hubby doesn't believe it Valentines day. We've been married for 9 years and he don't believe in it. hehe but we still go out for dinner date or something on February valentines week. lol

This vid is a vlog post on what we did last Friday. i salute the vloggers who do vlog daily. its a lot of work lol

Also in line with this video. here is the apple cider vinegar recipe i use every morning. less bloating, weight loss and lots of health benefits.

1-2 TBLS of organic raw apple cider vinegar. stored in glass

1/4 cup of water to taste. more or less.

1/2 teaspoon of honey to states.

my belief is your tummy is made of acid and adding a nature created bio available acid to your tummy can only help your body perform digestion better. other natural acids that should be incorporated into yout diet. Fermented foods like natural pickles that are not heat treated. lots of spices and quality salt and ACV. eat one with each meal will help you gut warm up. the pickles will help you get ACV in your diet if you dont like shots.

Here is the shake recipe too!

one cup of frozen fruit. (assorted to get different verity. "mangoes, strawberry, blue berry, raspberry, or any mix") this is the flavor

one cup of frozen veggies, (broccoli "my fave", but any verity will do. and as always mix it up for a wide range of nutrients and help with other nutrient build up)

1 cup of frozen leafy greens, (Spanish, kale, chard, dandy lion, etc. any and all are great)

1 med carrot. (do i need to say more)

half banana if you have them on hand. added sweet. i peel, half and freeze them once they are brown ripe.

1 heaping tbls of hemp seed (fats, protein and fiber)

1 heaping tbls of chia seed (more fats, protein and fiber)

2 heaping tbls of oat meal. (get the quality stuff) for carbs and fiber

quarter size slice of fresh ginger or 1/8 teaspoon dry ginger (i believe any all all spices are great for smoothly mix and match each have different health benefits we are prob missing out on or at least can always use more of)

1-2 dates for added sweetness and all the good it provides not just the simple sugars

1 serving of protein powder (i use whey because the rest of the smoothly is all veggie and milk(animal) protein will ensure a complete BCAA (branch chain amino acids)

2 servings of green powder (i like quality mixes with at least 2 kinds of algea, and 2 kinds of grass, and anything else are fillers)

Today is all about Camera gears we use. I remember back in College, i wanted a nice slr camera so bad. I can't afford it back in the day. Now we save a bunch and got the camera gears we love and use! Here are the breakdown of the camera gears we own and use. I don't use them everyday everyday but we use the camera base on the activity we do. i also resell my second hand gears, let me know if youre interested.

Tech stuff! Here it goes!!!

For our video about Steamboat Drone shots!

1. DJI Phantom 4. I wish we can upgrade to Phantom 4 pro but i dont see any reason why we need to upgrade.

2. GoPro Hero 5. We recently upgraded to this go pro. we used to use go pro 3. So its a big upgrade for us!

3. For vlogging. i use the canon g7x. Here is the link for g7x mark II since i cant find good links for canon g7x.

4. For underwater shots that we just want a quick point and shoot. Canon D20. D20 is no longer available but D30 is.

5. For super clear photos. We use the FujiFilm X-T2, Canon 70d, and Canon 6d.

These are the camera that we use for blogging, vlogging, drone aerial video, underwater and everyday camera! Hope you find these helpful :)

ps. we bought these cameras with our own $ but if you can give me one for free, that will be awesome!!!
