Here we are seven days into 2025 and I'm already realizing the value of change. As the season go full blown winter here in Colorado. I told myself that the change I want to see need to take action.
So far so good. Haven't missed a class in yoga/sculpt weights and keeping accountable in life in general. How are you doing so far? Are you like me all motivated an hoping to keep this motivation in line with goals that i need to get done before this year ends? We got this!
