As cliche as it seems. Yoga saved me!

Yes it surely did!

I've been in this emotional stage where in the only path to the light was to attend a yoga class, sweat the misery out and be myself for a solid hour.

Struggling to juggle life, work and family. I'm glad my husband and i always make sure we are ok. I went to this weird emotional, stressful situations about material things. Then thinking about my family in the Philippines and how these thoughts affected my mental health. I'm always the person who these people relay on, like i act like i can help and fix everyone. There is no need to go and help everyone.

But here I am helping everyone, financially and emotionally. It drained me so much when the people I helped put me aside and seriously ignored me. After i helped them, i was asking for help back, but nobody was helping me but my husband and our kids. Sometimes i wish i was more greedy and not helping my extended family and friends. But there days, I feel happy when I know I helped them But how will they learn? When will they pay me back? What my about my own family? How much more I can help? When will i stop helping?

I get so emotionally attached on shopping, it cleared my mind. Then i realized its addiction then my whole youtube channel and instagram revolved in it. Then I have to remove myself from that situation and I'm selling almost all my luxury collection. The fact that I am chasing for something that I already have or some validation for myself that I made it in America. This is the reason why i'm not doing anymore unboxing but still thinking if I post more informational videos, will that save my youtube channel?

Yoga literally saved me when I zoned out and practice yoga everyday. I mean everyday. I make it a priority that I will be in a class or two a day just to get the mindset of being miserable even if I am not. I get this panic attacks and episodes that thankfully my husband is always there for me.
I escaped the materialistic world and stopped shopping. Still a work in progress but I am getting there. Yoga grounded me and helped me refocus.

I need to go back to this whole blogging wherein my mind stay calm when I write. I know my grammar and sentences are not perfect when I blog, but who cares. You get the point as a reader.
