With all these sad comments about Meghan Markle show on netflix, made me want to watch the whole season of her show. In the second to the last episode where in she was cooking with this lady with dumplings and the lady said "Rituals not Routines" those three words hit me hard. 

Feel like we are in this moment of reality where are programmed what we do are as routines. Now i'm more thinking of the way of being mindful vs autopilot in life. Watch the season of her show in netflix and look at her with different perspective. A more human mindset and not all the negativity stuff. 

Ps. the show is great! and i really want to get those pens she uses. seems like it glides so good haha
