Thanks for reading my last post about mom bod. So happy you like that blog post. I'm overwhelmed. I was scared if people will comment about my stretch marks or imperfections. Belly fat and such. Haha So happy i can say i love my body more now and i take care of my body. Staying Strong!
Anyway, as usual thinking about food. I always think about food even if i'm practicing 18:6 fasting.
Since stay at home is here and it feels like forever were staying home. Everyone turns to be the chef in the house! I cooked Filipino Sopas last easter Sunday. Not your typical chicken noodle soup hehe
Chicken Sopas ingredients.
A whole pack of All beef hotdogs
Shredded Carrots
A head Cabbage
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chicken (boiled or air fry)
Kerry gold Butter
Roasted Garlic
Olive Oil
Barilla Medium Shells Pasta
Onions
4 cups of Chicken broth or boiled water
