If you watch my previous YouTube videos (or not), you know that I am going to these weird tummy problems. It started after I gave birth to our son. I think my belly never go back the way it was before.
When I gave birth to our daughter, I was 157lbs then bounce to 107 like in a year after I gave birth to her. However, with our son, I was 154lbs and still struggling to maintain 126-130 weight. My weight goal is to be 110lbs again.
I seriously tried almost everything. I did juice cleanse. I did no meat diet. I did count my calories, until now I am counting calories. Ultra sounds, dieting, fasting etc. Anyway, these weird tummy problems are not going away. I did colonoscopy, endoscopy and many doctor visits. I feel so helpless and bloated all the time. It gets worst when I have my monthly period. I look like and feel like I am 3 months pregnant. I am just bloated!
I am writing this blog to remind myself I can do this diet. My doctor informed me to eliminate gluten and dairy. It has been 10 days now and I never felt so good! My belly is less bloated now.
I never knew no gluten no dairy diet will work for me. I am not going to lie, it is hard to eat with no dairy, no gluten. I know I am determined to keep up with this diet since I feel lot better within.
I am documenting this journey and filming videos. I will post it as soon as I hit my weight goal 110 lbs. I use an app called lose it, so far I am on the right track. The app says I will hit my goal before thanksgiving! I am excited for that.
For now, here is a picture. Me and my girlfriend Yvette sitting in the sand, enjoying the ocean breeze. I love this picture so much and I will look at this picture until I hit my goal, as a motivation picture that I can go back to be 110lbs.
